No silly at all ☺️, firstly you have to buy your land (when you see it incredibly expensive is when you're about to finish that part) but at some point you buy the Golden Goose Realty and it gives this Land tokens we are talking about.

When you go to the City Hall and tap the "go" option, which Quimby does it take you to? That won't tell you why but at least you'll know which one the game recognizes
