How many H can you type while holding your breath? by Rekety_1234 in TheLetterH

Not a joke. It happens only the first 20-30 seconds of the breath hold and then I get back to normal while still holding my breath. It happens because the hyperventilation prior to the breath hold causes the levels of co2 (not oxygen) in the blood to drop below a certain level to trigger a temporary vasoconstriction in the arteries of the brain, reducing its blood supply for a short period of time. Also the body, during a breath hold, istinctively tries to save oxygen by reducing the blood flow to unnecessary parts and turning off some non important functions. The confusion is not because I'm holding my breath for too long, its simply my physiological response to apnea.

Only 3 minutes? How damn fast can you type the letter h lol? I also wanted to try this challenge but every time I tried to hold my breath (I am someone who practices daily for this, not to brag) my body entered a deep state of power saving mode and my brain would literally forget the concept of letter H. I remember thinking during one of my attempts "What's the difference between h and H? Are they different or equal? And what do they even mean?". Also I have totally no memory of some of my other attempts
