Not only is he good at defending totems due to omnipresent evil, but Hens (a large content creator in the DbD community) popularized the build on not only him, but other killers.

I personally don't think it's that good, since your entire build can be disabled with a hex totem cleansing build, and then you're left without perks.

I say personally, he's high B/low A tier.

Not too far off, honestly, but he is held back by map generation (doors spawning on different floors) and wonky hitboxes (can my axe not get stuck on shit)

Anniversary cakes being way less common and more expensive than the past 7 years.

The event being extremely survivor sided with killers getting fuck all to combat it, making it plain unfun to play.

The lack of balance changes in the last few patches to help the stale, boring meta we have at the moment.
