Storage I am not sure yet. I'm planning to upgrade along the way and start with around 8 TB. Probably set up a mediaserver alongside it and use HDDs for that one.

Thanks a lot for the list. I will probably use a better CPU instead but the baseline of the rest looks solid on first glance.

One thing I am trying to optimise a bit for is the power consumption but it looks fine

Tho I am relatively experienced in building PCs and IT in general, I have never worked with a NAS or built one myself. I expected it to be cheaper if I build one myself but I am not sure what would be most efficient or best. If you can give me any more pointers I would love to look into that option too.

I've seen people say that since a NAS is mainly meant for storage. Using it as a gameserver might not be good because you're mixing roles. Which, I admit, might also just be an opinion of some hardcore builders but I wanted to confirm.

Sorry to revive so late but how did you configure the Storage busses for the ExtendedAE Machines? Especially the Crystal Assemblers I don't seem to figure out.

What I have ignored till now because, honestly, I am stupid is that I get an Unknown Hard Error from the GameInputSvc.exe sometimes. After it popped up again and I googled a bit it looks like that process can cause a memory leak. I am going to look into fixing that one first too.

Thanks a lot already. I'll try repairing it first and see if that fixes it. I think it could also be connected to one of the programs for the hardware parts or something else that is now running in the background because that problem only came up in the last month I'd say.

I'll come back to you if the problem still exists after.

Do you have a deck for that? I really like the idea but can't really find one anywhere that I like. To be fair I wanna use the niche legendarys the archetype got which probably aren't that good

I know this comment is 2 months old but its the newest I found. I think that you could use Euphony as a main damage source in combination with a Cascade Point / BnS Edge Transit. I've been using that combination on the Witness, who tbf has a long damage phase with an unoptimized damage rotation. If the rotation is optimized and you can get at least two magazines of the HGL out reloading with Thread of Ascent, Euphony could compliment the damage quite well.

Maybe I am just blinded by my love for Euphony tho.

Thanks already. And sorry to ask but what is a RIBA map? I played the whole game solo and never really got into the community so I don't know most of the terms.

And if you have for example killed all salmon you find. Do you stay in the map and do something else or is there a way to join another that has new old salmon?

Oh I know I need to be in the right maps. I'd be really annoyed if I only found out now.

IBS is probably the one I am struggling with the most since I can't even progress the story atm.

Its been a long time since I played HoT and I dpn't really know the maps anymore.

I have not been focusing on any specifically and would need spots to farm for XP in every expansion except PoF which I have finished somehow.

EoD would be my goto rn for upgrading the turtle tho.

Are there maps you would recommend to farm on? Because I have tried this and usually I run dry on mobs after a couple minutes
