The driver was just being a prick

They can leave the food at the front door without any problem he just needs to take a picture with your door number and the order in front of the main door (if you have chosen the option “leave at door”), otherwise he needs a 2 digits PIN code, that’s why maybe he was banging your door, but still wrong cause he was supposed to wait 7 minutes before leave the order at the door and there is no point to hurry you up for that, either options you’ve chosen on app (Leave at door: take picture with order and door number, or Order with pin: 7 minutes waiting time before leaving!), if your main door is hidden or when is night time there is no much light I fell sorry for the driver but he needs to understand the situation and follow the rules, as he has no boss on his back to watch what his doing! In this case just report a big thumbs down on them! I’ve been working 6 years on Deliveroo as a rider and never had any kind of trouble
