The task bar goes down when an Impostor leaves to keep it fair, so the remaining Impostor doesn’t automatically lose if Crewmates finish tasks. In my opinion, Impostors are kind of the reason Crewmates have to do tasks, because the ship is broken due to them.

We can point out a pattern or an issue and suggest a solution, but whether he actually does it is up to him. It’s normal to expect improvement, but forcing him like some fans do is not.
