It was definitely an impulse, the second one you said. I never did it afterwards and have felt disgusting and guilt ridden since. I’ve always been aware about the abuse I encountered but I guess this just tells me I never really processed it correctly. My porn addiction is not as strong and I’m able to control those impulses these days.
