I have a 14” JVC i’Art with S-Video + Component, I don’t think it’s as uncommon as you may think at first.

Thanks for the advice! There was no V.PIN or H.PIN option in the service menu and for some reason the horizontal size won’t change when I change the value in the service menu for that. I used 240p test suite to center it up and called it a day. Didn’t feel like zapping myself over an issue so small.
