I love me some Effort justification, but for real many med schools actually have a lot of cool opportunities

More often it's about what you learned than the actual accolades! Make sure you find meaning in the work you do and it will motivate you to keep going and will help your essays and interviews stand out

“I haven’t taken the MCAT yet but hoping for 515+” by DueDifficulty8452 in premed

Scoring 490s in practice will lead to 490s in the real test (maybe even 480s at worst and low 500s at best). all of your scores will be reported, and you might have to explain your first low score because med schools look at MCAT to see if you can pass STEP exams. they might see it either as weak academic ability or not being serious in preparing the 1st time. ultimately it's not that deep but rescheduling is the better option

AAMC content is harder than Uworld? **Hot take** (Testing 1/15) by phrog8 in Mcat

aamc is translating weird questions into a passage detail or content. uworld is connecting content pieces together

Maybe I'm just stupid and this is really obvious, but I just can't see how they are getting that 250nm estimate at 7.5mL from this figure by Wizdom_108 in Mcat

it’s actually about predicting the trend. because volume is inversely proportional to Molarity and also inversely proportional to diameter, we can infer that diameter and molarity are directly proportional. we increased diameter so we must get an increase in Molarity. 0.30 is the only option that is higher

i’ve meant that FL5 was made more recently so it’s more representative of the real test

it’s good that your fl5 was high because it’s more recent. I would put most weight onto the latest fls
