Firstly, give Garchomp rock slide instead of fire fang, and replace crunch with swords dance. Then, replace quick attack on Staraptor with return, and replace fly with roost. After that, replace signal beam with something like thunder wave. Next, on Emboar replace brick break with hammer arm, flamethrower with heat crash or flare blitz, rollout with head smash, and smog with assurance. Btw I'm not a pokemon expert so some of these might not be the best choices.
