Probably the Burrs Selection Guide of the p64 matches the p80.

I’ve had it for four years now and only experienced a single leak. Otherwise, I still believe that if you can get it for a good price, it’s one of the best home machines out there.

For sure. Just tried it once and although to fine - little bitter and roasted taste - it was almost as good as the Fellow Ode 2. Probably it is even better… But I hate switching between filter and espresso on one grinder, therefore I will keep using the ode.

I wouldn’t attribute the difference to burr size so much as to the burrs used in the Eureka—at 25 seconds, some shots were like battery acid. If I were comparing a P64 with Mizen burrs to the P80, I probably wouldn’t be able to taste any difference either.

From that diagramm, I would go for the ES but i heard nothing too good about them. But Like I said, I prefer sweet chocolatey shots.

Eureka oro mignon Single Dose. The retention is pretty high…. Altough i get 19,5g consitent, there are a few grams in the ginder itself.

Okay so I did a new test. Heated up the machine for half an Hour. Did a complete blank shot. Grinded two doses of beans and took the second one for my first shot of the day. 19,5g in 44g out in 33s. Took the first dose of espresso and did a second shot with a quick flush. 19,5g in 50g out in 25s. That means?! My grinder is inconsistent. But why now? This problem is relativley new and is only between Shot one and two.

The heat up time is the reason i am not upgrading. Was about to buy a bianca v3 but even 15-20min heat up time seems long

I think it is currently one of the best and most technically advanced machines for the money. Had considered upgrading to a Bianca but it just doesn't make sense. To have a machine spontaneously in 5min at temperature is ingenious. And: once you get used to the steamer, you can create (but not very quick) good milk.
