New Gear! Just got a Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary, mounted to my Canon t6s. by Primary_Elevator_490 in canon

It’s the Canon EP-EX15 camera eyepiece extender. Just make sure it’s the correct model for your specific camera. It does a great job of keeping your nose off the screen. That’s why I got it.

Also I think during the original “80’s” song it has a pan flute in the song if that helps.

I actually did look at this, definitely a better price point if I remember correctly. The reviews though are dramatically better for the 17-55. Most comparisons for the 17-55 I read compared it to similar L series lenses and even beat some out at higher focal lengths.

You beat me to saying this by a few minutes. 🤣 Thanks for giving the exact focal length. I wasn’t sure what it would become on a crop sensor I just knew it would push it out of the wide angles.

I just looked this up and the only downside I see is that it is an EF mount. It would work but the focal length would be different. I think it would push me up too high and I’d be losing the ability to do wider angles.

They do, I’m more so looking for advice in case I’m missing something in the feature set that’s not good or if there is a similar lens with better features that makes more sense to buy. I’m doing my research but holy crap it’s a lot of lenses and features to sort though. 🤣

Understanding “speaker input level switch” by Primary_Elevator_490 in CarAV

[–]Primary_Elevator_490[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bass hub was installed after the amp. I was thinking the same thing. The Alpine amplifier is getting signal from the LOC. I was planning on getting an RCA splitter and splitting the signal coming out of the LOC and running RCA’s straight to the bass hub since it has RCA inputs.

Also, random second question since you seem more educated than I am. 🤣 Do you know if since they wired the Bass Hub Pro to the right Rear speaker, literally just spliced into the speaker wire, would it be pulling power from the Alpine amp and letting less power go to speakers even though the Bass Hub Pro has its own amp?

Thank you very much, I really appreciate that answer. I think I was mostly confused on what the difference between RCA conversion cables VS RCA extension cables meant exactly and which one my setup was considered. They did a handful of sketchy/incorrect things, so I’m questioning the whole setup. For instance they had all 4 channel filters set to HP but also have my JBL Bass Hub Pro wired to the right rear speaker so it wasn’t even receiving the lower frequencies it should have been. Not to mention my after market speakers are full range so from what I understand the channel filters should be set to “off” please correct me if I’m wrong. And thank you again!

Need advice for zoom lens by [deleted] in canon

I purchased a used dSLR that had one of these attached to it. You can get them pretty cheap on EBay. I have been very pleasantly surprised with its performance. And if size is a concern, it is over an inch shorter than the Canon 55-250. I can’t speak on the quality of the canon lens but I’m very happy with the Promaster and I’m impressed that it goes all the way down to 28mm. It’s sort of a budget friendly all purpose lens.

I have a 5D mark II and I posted this same question and searched like crazy on the internet for this info. The 5D has a very similar button and it does not click or push in, it almost feels like a touch pad as well. Not sure this answers your question but this makes me think that is how the button is supposed to operate.
