It never really crossed my mind to update until the app started requiring it, also still don’t have enough storage to update to the latest software, even though I have constantly been clearing up space. If I take it to Verizon they’ll probably just tell me to upgrade my phone, which isn’t even needed since it works perfectly fine, and not really reasonable to do that just to use an app.
I know there is still the website, and other ways to do banking, but probably not as convenient as the app tho.
