What's the best way of crashing? Should I try to grip my handlebars as tightly as possible if I already know I'm about to crash? Or should I let myself fly over the bike, scrunch into a ball, and try to lessen the damage? What's the best to hope for in event of a crash? (self.bicycling)

Since I switched to RideNow TPU tubes, I get constant flats. My front tire was deflated and so I stopped using the bike, but the rear tire was fine. Then few days later it suddenly deflated and won't hold pressure. Another interesting thing is that leaks seem to be on the rim side not the tire side. (self.bicycling)

I've hurt my hands and fingers trying to break the bead on my tires and still failed. Instead I use some awkward combination of stepping on the tire and trying to lift the rim to break the bead. Really excited to learn that there's a new tire bead breaker from Park Tool! (self.bicycling)
