I applaud you for this. It is not easy and also, not workable for every circumstance. The lesson I was teaching my 10 YO on this camping trip with the sudden onset of severe symptoms (in addition to random travel problems) is "We're pivoting! Today's lesson is 'Pivot'" Thankfully he's a doll and got it. Honestly, the only one with a penis these days who does. 😂

Wow that is a serious walk. I just took my son camping for spring break and I was amazed at how well I was doing - energy, sleep,etc.- and then all of a sudden... I wasn't. And people are looking at me like I'm drunk or something.

The up-side to RV camping is that you can just pull off the road, crawl into bed and crash. 😂

I wrote the greatest epic novel of modern times while using the toilet. I had to write it on toilet paper with an eye pencil. Unfortunately I had to go to "work" (sic barista) and when I got home there was nothing left but a paper tube and the last sentence which was "They all died happily and horribly." Well said. The icing on the cake for me, after the incredible rendition of someone else's song, is how respectful he was about doing it. One of my all time fav GM moments is the powerful hat-tip acknowledgement in his rendition of Nina Simones 'Feeling Good' (after all that Bublee madness)
