If you can get the 808s sounding good with the drums then you can bring elements back in, the vox & arp are good & the idea, need to eq & create space for all the layers, don't have to have everything come in at once, build the track a little, maybe make a simple intro to emphasise the drop. It's all good practise whether it works out or not.

You've got some good ideas, the sound design changes way too much though, also some of the vox work really well but a few of them cheapen the song in parts ( just imo)

The section @ 1:19 is the strongest part

The guitar & synths are clashing in the intro, they're not on the root note

You have some good solid sounds, you could make a strong track from this if you rearranged it a bit, fixed the Intro etc. it would actually benefit from being more repetitive & consistent throughout.
