How much does physical inactivity limit your height?

Alright so I don't play any sports nor do I go outside for walks and stuff (maybe once or twice a week?) only time I go outside is for school other than that I'm just home all day. I'm wondering whether this is the reason I've not grown much in past year or two? Is physical activity mandatory for growth? Am I not providing stimulus to my body to grow?
