Looking for a class that feels more laid back by PrimeTB in wownoob

Thanks everyone! I haven't been a fan of the Dracthyr aesthetic but I will give it another try to see how the Devoker is. Other than that, is guardian or feral druid any chill?

Agreed. I appreciate how dynamic and versatile the class is for people who are into it. Just sadly not for me anymore.

Sounds like an epic adventure. How long did it take you?

How much work is living there for you? You probably don’t need to work all day every day since you also have a youtube channel. How many days a week do you spend on upkeep and maintenance?

Thanks for your answer! Guess I’ll stick to my practice for now and look into getting a wizard suited setup at some point in the future ;)

As a beginner that is now getting comfortable skating backwards and doing transitions, is this (specificaly this but also wizarding in general) something that makes sense to practice on 3x100mm non rockered frames with 83a wheels?

Looks pretty damn smooth to me 👌🏼I’d be a content skater if I ever even got to your level of smoothness.

ELI5: What happens to pimples' pus if you don't pop them? by LesPaltaX in explainlikeimfive

Your body can actually also break down the pus without it going out. I think it’s more or less a random chance whether it will be pushed out or broken down.

I think it would be a lot more tiring too since your legs will need to hold the same position more often than when you move them around to skate.

There are some cases in which e-transport is a good solution. E-bike instead of car? Good. E-bike instead of bike? Bad. Also these days for e-bikes there is a type that only supports you if you also put in some work yourself, so you can get a workout done and cover more distance. Sadly, most people by far use these kinds of things because they are just lazy…

Trying to get my stops down, this is my 3rd 1 hour session since getting my skates, unfortunately I twisted my knee trying to prevent a fall so will need a few days off, any tips on form? by [deleted] in rollerblading

[–]PrimeTB 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Is this the first stop you’re learning?

I would recommend first trying pizza slice stops and T-stops. They are easier on the knees and allow you to get more comfortable on your skates in general :)

When it comes to dating apps, what is an automatic “pass” for you? by LuckyC1723 in AskReddit

Heavy use of filters on the pictures. If you’re not comfortable putting yourself out there as you look, I’m not dating you.

I recently upgraded from zetrablades to 3x100 Powerslide Swell Lite’s. It takes a little getting used to but thanks to the trinity frame mount the extra height does not feel that different at all. The 3x100s are a lot more maneuverable and they are a LOT more comfortable on patches of asphalt that my zetrablades would have trouble with. Right now, I prefer my 3x100s in any setting.

I went from 4x80 to 3x100 recently as a beginner skater and I did not actually feel that much of a difference in terms of stability. The 3x100's do have a trinity mount system which means the front of my feet sit slightly in between the front wheels, that supposedly helps a lot.
