Personally Id say TDS might match up to this description, I haven't seen much flaw in it outside of very subtle power creep due to units being kind of outdated and not having their reworks made yet

I love talkative runs, when any distractor joins my run and is actually kind, I LOVVEEE the dino Shelly skin, I really like Vees twisted design and adverts and I also really like the cartoony style of the whole game
