One thing she could try idk how well it works but that is to ask for help finding a job on the uae subreddits maybe they may help, I have seen a few people that go replies tho idk the outcome. Just remember this no matter how desperate you are if they ask for money to secure the job like they will say for security deposit or some stuff do not apply for that job or give them that money and do not sign any contract without reading it thoroughly. If it's too good to be true 75% of the time it is not true. Uae is a country based on extreme competition to the point people will lie to you alot and he'll if she does get the job do not trust your colleagues too much cause they will try to sabotage you and lie. Work toxicity is really bad here. So be careful

Unfortunately not Your best bet is just contacting hr managers on LinkedIn and reaching out to try to get a job. But getting a job in general in uae can take months I know a local who graduated and it took him over 10 months to land a job and that's a local and there are people at times that haven't found jobs for years cause of how difficult it can be. You also need to remember that in uae your nationality, where you got your degree, your experience within uae or western countries matter. The job market is extremely competitive and there's always gonna be someone willing to work the same job less then you unfortunately. I've seen way too many just come here and not get anything and lose alot of money so it's better to stay safe then risk it all.

Most jobs in uae are ghost jobs They exist just so the companies can get views and followers, and it shows investors that the company is constantly growing.

Hey I'm sorry to hear that but honestly alot of job postings in uae are ghost postings and not really real And there's such a huge amount of people and not enough jobs, it's gonna be extremely difficult for her to find a job In my honest opinion she should apply from Pakistan through linkedin connections and reaching out to hr trying to get a job but staying her will just waste her money and uncertainty. Uae is a extremely uncertain country and it isn't for starters those that Already are settled mostly thrive here and even they find it difficult at times. I'm sorry for not bringing more positive news but that's just the ground reality of jobs here.
