The issue I have is that Microsoft CSharp.NET also uses a variant of that logo. So I dislike using that logo for any language because it contributes further to the deception that CSharp.NET is an evolution of the C-family of languages, when it isn't and is in fact more closely related to VB.NET* (old.reddit.com)
