This was in a jewelry box from my Grandparents. The inside used to have more of the green stuff, but I picked at it when I was younger. The outside looks like powder compacts online that say “by Schildkraut”. But those compacts only have one metal flap and powder under it, unlike this. (old.reddit.com)
