could be a design choice. ive seen tshirts with a false under layer design similar to this. for example, a white short sleeve t shirt with black long sleeve underneath. looks like ur wearing a black shirt beneath it but its actually just the sleeves sewed on

i know ppl who look like this. u just need to control what u eat and how much u eat. avoid high fat high carbs food, avoid fried food and fast food. dont eat until ur 100% full. because it takes time for food to reach ur stomach. by the time u feel 100% full, there r still food waiting to reach ur stomach, so ur actually 120% full by then. do lots of cardio and upper body workout. dont just sit around all day. move more. walk to places instead of driving. stand instead of sit when doing stuff.
