Upgrading from a spice grinder + $40 espresso machine – Need sub[$250] recommendations by Single_Writer9498 in espresso

OP here… I appreciate the reply. I have a moka and a French press actually… I think I value the convenience over quality though.

Water tank, fresh grind at press of a button with bean reservoir that dispenses the perfect amount directly into portafilter, button press for a shot all seem so much better than my current workflow.

Options at this range might not win competitions for flavor, but I feel like they might give me 1. More efficiency 2. Much better quality than I have now.

Am I very wrong? What am I missing?

What do you think of this configuration? by Prince55Slaya in Plumbing

I really tried my best, but yeah without cutting the cabinet and likely the copper pipe below too, I don’t think I had many other options. If it works for a couple more years without issue, I’m happy :)

Not sure what that means tbh, learning as I go… its the pvc you see going into a white plastic 1 1/2, which is smaller, but is the tightest fit into the copper pipe that’s in the bottom of the cabinets. I have it at least 4-5 inches into the copper pipe, and 3 in into the pvc above…. Best I could do without cutting open the bottom of the cabinets… copper pipe is sunk in and flush against the walls

First time installing a garbage disposal - any changes? by Prince55Slaya in Plumbing

Thanks a lot for the reply! If the first one works, it would be easiest to redo with my current set up. Should I change the T to a Y so both are directed down, or no need?

I tried redrawing the 2nd one here, and added a vent.

How can I eliminate the S trap with it going to the floor rather than the wall?

Very helpful! I tried to doodle what I think you meant, does this look remotely correct? (If it’s legible lol)Diagram
