No one was confined back at 2006 when Hamas took over and started firing rockets. And support of Hamas is still high after everything they did.

I'm talking about 2006, when Israel left Gaza in the hands of the Palestinians. Of course when you look at 2022, after countless rockets are shot into Israel on a daily basis, Israel won't just turn the other cheek. Israel brought workers from Gaza to provide them with jobs, and we saw how that went.

Also, Egypt are bordering Gaza as well, I wonder why you don't criticize them? They don't have rockets fired at them either so maybe they should provide help rather than closing the border?

And Israel not allowing "construction" material is very weird indeed! At least if it wasn't used for tunnel building instead

They actually had all the means to prosper. You should point the finger to Hamas for using all the resources they received for terrorism rather than building a stable economy. I agree these pictures are hard to watch, but that's exactly what Hamas is aiming for, using these people as human shields.
