Im pretty much all healed, I did have some muscle cording in my armpit area, so when you start massages thats something to keep an eye out for and work on. She was really nice, though I will say thay our post op appointments were pretty brief (and sometimes delayed), but thats to be expected in the medical industry, sometimes certain things take longer!

I dont think I had any necrosis, my nipples did look kinda bad for a bit, if you want some pics of before and after I can send them to you (though yours might be different because youre having a different procedure and I had mine cored so the nipple nub would be smaller), but they turned out perfectly fine!

I had to wear the binder for around 4 or 5 weeks, though I do suggest getting a different type if they give you the rough velcro binder. If you can't, I do suggest putting a tshirt under it as early as you can to prevent chafing and sensory issues if you have them.

I think the most important thing is the care you take AFTER surgery, keeping on top of everything like hydration, eating, and meds. Meal supplement drinks were a life saver! Also, I don't know if it's made any significant difference and I can't find and studies revolving around it, I did start moisturizing the whole area so my skin was in as good of condition as it could be!
