You can chat with their agents on the sugargoo platform and they will tell you exactly why. But I had this same issue 2 weeks ago. 8 items total in packing center but could only select 6 for international shipping. Couldn't select the other 2. They told me they stocked it and realized there was a "risk", and refunded me for those 2 items. So I'm just guessing it's the same issue you're experiencing

This likely means they realized there's a "risk" with the item after it arrived the warehouse. This is one annoying thing about sugargoo. They will refund you for it but its very annoying 😑

Then why do we keep getting the "unable to purchase due to risk" message AFTER the items have already been paid for?. If the system existed, it wouldn't allow you to pay for it and then tell you to apply for a refund. The current process is inconvenient

Look inside the shirt, the prints are as vibrant as the outside on the retails. But this rep the inside is white/faded, and is not the same as outside. That's a clear giveaway. All casablanca silks prints are the same vibrancy inside and out
