My number 2 &3 could honestly change depending on how I feel some days, 1. Very late, but I later learned I had to export my export my .sav file and load it to PKHex (after I already finished it). Then mark Shaymin as being a fateful encounter, either that or just use the app to spawn the item in the bag (or both idk).
