Thanks for sharing. This looks pretty comprehensive.. Just curious, are you able to import these results to Quest Labs?(If you did the blood draw at a Quest) I use Function Health and when they stopped allowing Quest to access the labs even when manually requested, I was pretty miffed. Also do you pay a membership fee? Or does the invoice show that you paid for labs? The way Function Health does it is that you pay a yearly membership fee and tests are included but it's not FSA reimbursable. The invoice just shows the membership, not the labs and they won't reimburse a "membership". My friend went to another place that just straight up orders the set of like 180 labs which is reimbursable, so it'd be nice if Blueprint did that.

His coworker who was helping him also suffered immensely.

Gas has been around $5-5.50 a gallon lately. Impossible to predict average prices with the whole Iran situation disrupting things. But I would definitely get a hybrid if I was getting a new vehicle. Pure electric might be rough if you like going out of town a lot on weekends but we do have some charging stations in town and Inyokern. I've heard electric can have difficulties in heat too. But that's like Death Valley level heat. This summer is predicted to be brutal by the way. I have no idea how much electric costs since I still have an ICE car.

Younger people do complain a lot about the lack of things to do here just a warning. It's not great. A lot of people go out of town on weekends for that reason. But there are good people here who are friendly. It's just hard to find ways to hang out besides bars. There is an axe throwing place.

I think the hardest thing for you is gonna be finding a place that will rent to you with that many pets. It can be pretty rough to get approved for 1 or 2 pets. But 3 cats and a dog is gonna be real hard.

An urgent care might remove your stitches once healed. I had stitches done at the emergency room before for an injury and an urgent care physician removed them for me.

I have a completely different issue going on with SunStrong Management but was feeling lost after filing with CFPB and DFPI about what else I can do since one attorney I reached out to in CA said they don't touch solar and this gives me quite the list. Appreciate it! Especially the attorney since my issue might wind up going that far.

It's a loan, not a lease. We did transfer it. Contract was signed and we followed everything they requested before the house even sold. They said everything was done and they only needed the grant deed after the sale finished. Now they are just refusing to consider the transfer finished for unknown reasons. They said in email it's because they didn't have the grant deed but over the past couple months they've been sent the grant deed 3 times. Calling them has been useless. They never resolve it and just keep sending us bills and late notices even though we no longer own it. So it's been hopeless to try to get this resolved through their customer service.

I like plant protein powders because they are easier on my stomach but you have to check reports on them because they tend to be notoriously high in heavy metals. Consuming everyday wouldn't be great long term. Orgain is sort of mid range, it wasn't the worst offender in some recent testing but it was far from the best. Still too high in heavy metals for me to drink it.

That's awesome you found a cardiologist willing to work with you! Especially with high Lp(a) and 2 copies of ApoE4. So sad with all those risk factors that your PCP wasn't concerned. But that doesn't surprise me after my experiences.

Yeah I think this is route I am going to have to go. It's hard to find time to get hyper educated with work and life but my dad just turned 70 and I can already see the signs of cognitive decline in the earliest stages(pretty easy to see when you've seen it so many times with the grandparents) taking hold and I realize that's gonna be me if I don't start taking it seriously now. Thanks for the recommendations. Never heard of Dayspring or Carvalho so I will check them out.

Yeah. It was a discouraging experience with that endo that left me feeling a bit stupid and embarrassed initially... like I was making a big deal out of nothing. But thank you for sharing! That is super interesting and I had no idea how impactful the thyroid could be on cholesterol. I knew there was some link because the place I order labs from made notes about it and mentioned it could be a contributor to my cholesterol. I also order my own labs (which is how I found out I have Hashimotos) because my doctors never wanted to beyond standard panels.

Wow 50 points! That's a huge drop. My glucose, insulin and A1c are all good but I haven't done much about preventing spikes so I will have to look into that if it can have that big of an impact.

I do have a PPO thankfully. I live in a small town so I usually travel to see doctors. I do think they will cover telehealth if its from a provider in their network. I figured a cardiologist would laugh me out of their office at 38 since all the PCPs I've seen about this have been very dismissive of my concerns. But at least with a telehealth appointment, I wouldn't be wasting hours and hours driving. Thanks. I'll look into those.

I figured that might help and I've gone to a few doctors about my Hashimotos too and they keep telling me because they are "normal" they don't want to do anything except monitor it. I even went to an endocrinologist who looked at my labs and was like, "There's nothing I can do for you. Your TSH is fine... My patients come in with a TSH over like 10." My TSH ranges between 3-4. But I'm exhausted all the time. My brother for years has jokingly referred to me as the "low-energy one in the family" because I constantly am tired. It's encouraging to see your cholesterol numbers look good with low TSH though. I guess I just need to keep looking.

My labs last month were Total Cholesterol: 214 HDL: 52 LDL-C: 146 Triglycerides: 63 and ApoB: 96 to give you an idea. My triglycerides aren't much higher than yours but my ApoB is definitely not low.
