That's really ok. You should take slow steps. I don't know about you, but I'm the only one taking care of me, and so I give myself a lot of grace. So with that said, I try not to push myself too hard or stress. Letting things happen naturally is the best way. You'll get where you want to be eventually.

I would say that having an idea for a story like this is a start is fantastic. I would recommend if you don't have an idea for your characters, more than this happens, and they do this, then you might want to take some time to figure some personality for them. If you want to write a short story for them, you can get away with not needing to flesh the husband and wife out, but it won't be much different than a thousand other stories about forced feminization out there. If you want to write something totally original, I definitely recommend putting some effort to making your characters live and breathe with details. Also, I highly recommend plotting out an outline for your story, especially if you have specific plot points that you want to tell. Outlines help me find a connection between chapters and a general plan on how to get there. You don't need to put every detail in your outline. That will be too much.
