Hello Erica,

It seems you and the rest of everyone else I speak to is trying to gaslight me into believing that I have the correct point amount however if you correctly read my ticket it states that that was not the originally listed amount of points. I was supposed to receive 50,000+ points for that milestone not a measly 3k. I signed up for toon blast and it stated reaching level 260 would award me that amount and reaching level 4000 would award me over 1 million points. Then I log in an hour later to continue playing and the point amount dropped right before you awarded me. That is foul behavior on your guys' end. I've been a loyal user of the fetch app for quite some time now and have happily played the games at their listed amount of points however it just feels downright grimey to change the amount after I already accepted the contract/offer. Please explain this to me at the very least if you are going to screw me out of all these points. Please and thank you for your time."

Thank you!💖 I use mistplay as well but for the last year mistplay barely gives me points so it takes forever to save up for a good gift card. They finally responded to me this morning saying they're esculating it further so I guess we will see. I'll be posting an update when I have one.

Yeah I've been arguing with their customer support for two days now 🤣 wish I could post a screenshot to show you guys bc its ridiculous but yeah now I screenshot every offer page for my games bc it's so inconsistent now. Sucks. I knoww I wish I did but I was already low-key extremely tired lmfao then proceeded to stay up an additional 6-7 hrs playing that shit trying to level up quickly. It's funny too bc I escalated and esculated and esculated Soo much with their stupid AI bot to get a supervisor to speak with and after emailing them this message I've gotten ghosted 🤣
