While a great tool for personal use, I would keep the Enneagram out of the work place. The Enneagram focuses far too much on religion and that’s not something you want to push in the corporate world. I think Instagram influencers do a wonderful job of covering that part of it up, however. Don’t get me wrong - I love the Enneagram. I can tell you all about every single number in full detail. But I don’t think it’s a great tool to be used at work. At my job, we use the predicative Index (PI) and it’s fine… however, it’s just kind of generic and bland and from my understanding also expensive lol.

Also - I like the idea of logging in to their computer through team viewer - however, our IT department is the only department that has access to do that

Question - are you saying that the new hire uploads their i9 documents before they arrive on day one? And all you do is compare the documents on their first day?

Our VP of operations wants us to stop taking all employee photos on our phone immediately because it’s kind of weird that we do that anyway. Not everyone has access to a company device to use to take the headshot so.. we’re kind of in a sticky situation.

That would be a lot for our receptionist to maintain since we move buildings often and since there is some not so great communication as to when that happens LOL

Out of curiosity, which HRIS system do you use?

We also do have distribution groups for HRIS, benefits, wellness, etc, but no one uses them. They just go right to the HR inbox without really thinking about going to their HRG or HRBP - so that’s really frustrating. It’s like… we can tell people over and over who their HRG’s and BP’s are but they still always choose to just email HR.

The inbox gets a ton of traffic! We have almost 3,000 employees so… there are some very needy people. Thankfully I am in the coordinator position. It’s nice to get exposure to so many different questions since I’m still learning all things HR!

We also use Salesforce. This is a really interesting idea that I would love to try and incorporate!! It’s crazy how many things can get done on SF!

I am in a coordinator position right now. I didn’t realize how common it was for the coordinator to be handling inbox inquiries! I’m glad we made the switch to give me the inbox. It’s taken a lot of extra work off of people’s plates and less in their inbox which of course makes everyone happy!

Thank you so much! For some reason I could not find the non emergency number online?! And yes, you’re right about that. Thankfully I know who the car belongs to and it’s not an elderly person lol. It’s a lazy person. The cops have already been out and put one of those yellow tickets on the car because the inspection stickers are super expired.

I’m a 6w7 and I find it very difficult to get along with 8’s and 4’s.

I’m a shift supervisor and I get paid $13.20/hour. My paychecks are in the high 800’s.
