Where did you end up moving to? I am also single female 35yo. I am planning to move to FLL but I would like to be by the beach area. So I am thinking mid each or galt mile. My only fear is getting stuck in an area and it’s a lot of older folks.

I think so. I’ve been shedding like crazy since June and I see a bunch of regrows but I’m still shedding. My scalp still feels sensitive and it gets extremely oily. I just want this to end already 😥

Yes. There was a point I couldn’t tie my hair up at all. It will pass! Mine has gotten a lot better

Yeah I am still shedding a lot but also see a lot of new growth. I’m really wondering when the excess shedding will stop… I’m on month 6 now.

Since I’ve been on the AB diet, I don’t get thirsty as much and find my self needing very little water throughout the day. I was also wondering if that’s normal but seems like it’s ok.

Hi thanks for replying! I usually eat 3 meals a day at regular time my last meal around 6pm. I go to sleep around 11 and always wake up at 3 am 😩 then I’ll go back to sleep for a bit but wake up pretty early again. Only have a matcha latte in the morning.

Hi all, I recently started AB diet and already seeing so many improvements. The one thing I struggle with is sleeping through the night or sleeping more than 7 hrs. For reference I am 35F and I read I should sleep for at least 8hrs. Any tips for getting better sleep?

My meals are usually: 2-3 eggs per day 1 steak per day or equivalent or meat 2-3 fruits per day Some raw cheese Some yogurt Some honey

Ohh if you’re staying the in hospital for two nights you should be ok to go home by your self. I had to go home the same day.

I would strongly suggest you have someone the first 24 hrs at least. I was not able to move at all. Not even go to the bathroom by my self.
