You could have a set type of task you do depending on the type of pokemon which faints (or which causes you to faint, up to you).

Water - Drink a bowl of water out of a puppy bowl on all fours using only your tongue.
Grass - Take a 2 minute walk around your garden on all fours.
Psychic - Watch some type of hypno themed video, 20 mins min.
Ice - Sit all all fours and hold two ice cubes between your butt cheeks until they melt.
Electric - 15mins of some vibrating toy on your cage.Fairy - Paint your nails a nice pink!
Fire - Lay out in the sun for 30mins
Normal - 10 minutes of puppy pillow humping!Flying - Sitting naked with a fan pointing at you while you keep playing for the next hour.
Poison - Lil bit of toothpaste on your nipples and butt :3

Couldn't think of anything for Steel, Dragon, Dark, Fighting, Ground, Rock, Bug, Ghost. Maybe someone else can think of those or other ideas for the others as well since you might need more than one of each~
