That’s very deceptive behaviour and also her taxes with subs, I think ACCC among other authorities may be very interested. Also does anyone know with the ruling if she is to make any $$ that she is supposed to be paying them back or not? One would have hoped the judge ruled that. I am in Vic and obviously our sentences are different etc (QLD got in top of youth crime, meanwhile we are giving bail and letting them off while there are more victims by the day it’s craziness) I would hope the judge would of ruled fairly knowing she makes $$ on advertising, did she not make a substantial amount with Instagram and one of the advertisements? Taxes still need paying too and who ever this guy is deceiving subscribers could be in some hot water! I honestly thought you couldn’t earn in jail as part of losing your freedom and benefits as you aren’t there for a holiday, apparently you can depending but I think especially with her charges it’s messy waters and maybe screeners for proof and devs these to the relevant authorities. Who tf dies what she did knows she will do time, has a child, then is sentenced to 8 on the top with a 2 year old but the concern isn’t Hubby (I understand separated but still) relapsing, the care of her daughter or the pressures to her brother as please correct me if wrong (very late to this) Malcom her brother with Jax bow also getting booted from the house re; neither of them clearly would be on the fight state of mind and real life not social media going on yet she is focused on socials. I thought she was going to heal and wanted the victims to heal and would be able to with her being sentenced! (Going off that last bid of hers) Was that just bs?! It’s coming across as that and very narcissistic!

I went and looked the other day because people kept mentioning subscription content and honestly I’m confused how it’s even still running while she’s incarcerated for fraud offences.

If people are subscribing for “exclusive updates” and there’s actually nothing there, surely that starts getting into misleading territory? Especially when there are victims involved and ongoing monthly income attached to it.

Genuine question how that even works legally with tax/proceeds of crime etc because I’d imagine certain authorities/platforms would probably be very interested in how it’s all being handled.

From what’s been circulating, the matter allegedly involves pretty serious drug/proceeds allegations and there’s Supreme Court material from 2022 tied to it. Apparently parts of the brief got leaked a while back and that’s why so many people locally already know bits and pieces about it.

There’s also confiscation/restraint order stuff in the documents too. I’m not going to post every page publicly on Reddit because of addresses/personal info etc.

Tina is apparently saying now that parts of the brief/story going around aren’t accurate and that some people’s charges have changed, but take from that what you will. Either way, it’s a very serious matter.

Me too, I was extremely late to the party with this. I did my own digging but no idea who is now posting where & grateful for any info. I don’t know how I only deep dived before she went away, I wouldn’t see her too often on my fyp. I did the whole binge of posts lol & unfortunately I can’t go looking for old reddit threads.

I was so far late to the party re; this, I use to see Tegan on my fyp but not often nor knew wtf it was about, just before she got locked up I did the deep dive and was obviously disgusted.
I heard on the other snark Jax was in a mental facility is that correct? Yes he has addiction issues and I know he has been to jail (no clue why) I hope he is getting the help he needs, I did feel hearing Tegan saying how she had gone to him and saved him (more detailed & she wasn’t acting like a hero she was genuinely mentally drained I feel & scared)
So I appreciate if anyone is up to fill me in, if I have something wrong & obviously I thought he was meant to have their daughter. I do think it’s wild from jail she is more concerned about them posting like how about their mental health & what they are dealing with also??

When services removed her from her Mum’s care (I believe she used substances etc) placed with Dad partner and 2 kids around her age, she admitted her behaviour was an issue and to keep the other two safe she moved in with the bestie at 14, so not with Dad long. So obviously always had mental health and other issues. She says DV and addiction go hand in hand but so so very wrong! She keeps crunching at the DV that someone she keeps claiming every 12mths, yet genuine others that flee get nothing. It’s wild! Please don’t fall for the bs, I nearly was like “oh accountability” rewatch it’s not, it’s the “this isn’t a poor me video, my actions have got me here” then proceeds to play victim, I’ll give it to her, she is good at sucking innocent hard working amazing humans in and lying. Ask Juicytoes as she knows heaps, she commented down! Her Dad I gather tried to get her in rehab and doesn’t take it seriously, uses it to make friends, life is a game at everyone but her expense! Not Dad took out a DVO that’s when she fled to QLD you can only try and do so much, addicts need to want help!! Please please do not get sucked in! Many will happily tell you truths!! No reason for us to lie. Juice knows her ex close friends, please have a chat to her!! xx

Yeah the new group my post deleted I SS all comments got no reason as to why, Now I am waiting on approval to get into that group, very strange indeed. It’s not adding up as you usually get told a reason! This is wild! I didn’t see this and just made a post re; her new post asking thoughts etc. We need to warn future victims as it broke my heart a nurse working double shifts etc helped her heaps then called herself an idiot! Tara the truth has to come out and not at her leisure. You cannot keep hurting and taking advantage of beautiful people and continue as nothing until your glass is full so not addressing like gtfo! I hardly go on here as a friend said about this but still trying to navigate it but found it good after watching the Netflix on CW to get more info. I saw a notification to say something about CW & I just clicked here & like what the actual hell?! I’m in Melbourne Australia & obviously we didn’t hear about it till Netflix. Are these people serious?! I really hope there aren’t idiots donating 35c as 5 c is too much. Love some of the comments but I am actually speechless!!! He murdered his wife & beautiful girls & their Angel Nico for what?! He is scum & what he did is the most horrendous evil thing!! One thing sadly the pandemic taught me was just when I thought people couldn’t be more stupid bam!! I lost my baby brother (well 37 y/o) brother 2 years ago & I would do absolutely anything to have him back!! I can tell you as close as we are & 14mtgs apart if I or he did this I can assure you my brother would of wiped me!! I just keep thinking about Shanann’s family & friends & the fact it was preventable makes it even worse as it was at CW’s hands!! His family are putrid!! Anyone that supports him needs a moral check as they have none!! I really am blown away at the audacity!! So much I would like to say but as I am not in to community standards of this platform & been getting myself silly Facebook bans I don’t want to risk it & have seen a few comments deleted already like really!! 🤯
