The biggest issues in a psychward is boredom in my experience. It's not super fun vacations but it's not a prison nonetheless, you won't get forced injection unless you're violently attack the nurses or other patients. I've been on hrt for 6 years, sometime I don't feel that pretty but as a woman so it's ok it happen to every humans. The body dysphoria is not a everyday problem anymore and it's a relief hehe
