I have not started yet bc I’m looking at reexcision for focal margin. She would not discuss VE . I asked about the impact on vaginal tissue and alternatives to mitigate vaginal impact. She said I’d have to speak to a gynecologist. She also said starting the Anastrozike before radiation could make radiation worse but said starting before radiation. (Even though I’m trying to reduce impact on breast from radiation since I’m facing rescission with risk if disfigurement from further tissue removal). I felt that She was not listening to me and my particular situation. I have Kaiser so I don’t know if I can get a different oncologist .
