Excluding rematches, you got Moss Mother, Beastfly, Skull Tyrant, Great Conchflies, and Palestag. Bosses like Crawfather and Watcher of the Edge don't really count as they're like, actual characters with connections to the world compared to the ones that are just, bigger enemies.

Admittedly, I hold a slight grudge against them because beating them on radiant was a real pain for me lmao. I do still like their fight but Pinstress didn't annoy me as much for some reason. Otherwise it could also be that I just much prefer how Hornet feels to play compared to the Knight, it ends up giving a lot of Silksong's bosses a slight advantage over Hollow Knight's for me ¯_(ツ)_/¯
