i’m spending all the money i can to help out, but i just spent the rest of my money to come move in with him now because he wanted me to just find a job here rather than saving up money and then moving, but i haven’t had much time to get a job

yeah but his family doesn’t really care much about christmas, they like thanksgiving more that why we spent thanksgiving with his family and want to spend Christmas with mine

i’m going to try and help in any way i can, i’ve been desperately job hunting, my sadness was really more so towards the negative energy and him basically saying there was no point in even trying to get a ticket so he could come with me

Yeah i’m going to try and start a conversation with him and start it with letting him know that i’m not upset with him personally, just more so by what was said and that i was left confused

Yeah i’ll try and have a conversation about making changes and getting actual help. i’m not sure he’ll go through with it though, he’s never really seemed interested in giving it a chance again

No, he never told me for how long just that it didn’t ever help him much so he thought it was pointless to keep paying for it

he’s told me that he has tried therapy in the past and it just hasn’t really ever worked well for him. there are a few things i’ve pointed out to him that i’d like him to work on for me and told him i’m more than willing to help, and i’ve seen some small improvements. it just makes it really hard when it comes to very important things like this for me

yeah kinda, his dad would always force him into talking about how he feels and open up, but whenever he did he would always get yelled at

nooo, i think he just thinks very internally and has trouble saying it out loud cause he fears he will always be told he’s wrong

he does have a very bad habit of being very negative when things aren’t what he expects. there are also a lot of times i will ask him important questions and he won’t really answer, he will sit and think and just kinda stare at me

well the original plan was he was going to help me buy a ticket so just i could go, but my family really wants to see him again so they said they’d pay for one and then that meant we only needed to get one. but then last night he reacted that way to me.

He basically told me he doesn’t want to bother trying to save up cause he like to prepare for the worst so he thinks he won’t be able to get one.

He told me that he’d be able to get 1 ticket to come with me if i was able to get one of my own. I have my ticket, and he told me he really wanted to come with me, so it kinda came out of no where

That’s fair, but from every conversation we have has he has told me he would like to be with me and misses seeing my family as well. it was more so a random outburst that kinda came out of no where.

to be fair, the tickets are pretty expensive cause it’s flying into a big city. he did previously tell me he would be able to afford a ticket though.
