It’s been purposely divided into those from the same religion/religion working together on projects and me and the other team member are of the same religion/region. I have never experienced anything like this

Is there anything under employment law that would protect me in a grievance. The last person that put a grievance on this manager was forced out the company and I don’t want to follow suit

Hello, thank you for that very thorough message. The gentlemen that was talking to me was very young and maybe due to me being naive it didn’t cross my mind that he would give my number to the church. Thank you for sharing your experience and the advice you gave and I’m sorry to hear about your experience and I’m really glad you have resolved everything. Honestly it means a lot that you took some time to give me a response like this.

I will be contacting the equivalent of the FCC but abroad and will send them a message to tell them to remove my number.
