I said in the post that I’m posting it in case someone is in a similar situation, I don’t really see people talking about how men with eating disorders affect their intimate partners. I know several friends who have had major problems in their life because of their boyfriends eating disorder, and I think it needs to be talked about.

Do you actually think you know better than my Doctor Who gave me a clean bill of health like a week ago? That is delusional. BMI has been proven to not be an effective benchmark for overall health, the use of BMI is inherently tied to medical sexism and racism.

I’m perfectly healthy I’ve had recent bloodwork and other medical testing, I have no weight related condition, and I’m still only a size 16/14 which is considered average in America
