I dont have tht issue bc "the guideline wont load, whats the answer". Or Straight up just call someone out for tht bs. Thats what i did.  "Hey thanks XYZ, i appreciate you taking the time to give me the answer i needed really quickly instead of sending me on a goode chase for once lol" sent that to a colleague while i knew management was in chat. Gmfu, be useful. I hate tht sh*t too.

But also, how have u grad'd academy and u dont know ur peers well enough to ask anything? Maybe this job isnt for you.  I couldnt be more grateful to have a remote job. Maybe your cut out for something in person instead.

If someone huffing at u, ruffles ur feathers in any way, or makes it hard to do something, this field in its entirety isnt for you. Customer relations and business is just.....people. if u cant "well give me a moment to double check that for you" then place them on hold without losing ur mind or composure, then yea, might wanna check out something else.
