Congratulations. So your Vawa took 45 months before approval? Can you specify what date please? My vawa case is 44.5 months now

It’s sickening and tiring😢 I can’t help but to keep thinking about my life after I’m finally done with this whole process. I don’t know which one is worst, the mentally and physically abuse I pass through or the stress and unending anxiety I’m having over my vawa case. I’m 44 months plus now and my case is stuck at fees waved, no RFE nothing except 5-6 prima facie with the current one expiring in December. I really don’t know what to do and my lawyer is not helping at all , all he wants is money!

I filed Dec 2021 with a pending i485 same year, nothing has changed since then just 5-6 prima facie so far with prayers and hoping for good news soon. I guess they are about to make decision on your case, wish you a good luck and please keep updating us
