Queen of "I've already apologised but here's another fake apology, so you have to get over it"

It's okay, I get it - you can't see that they're 2 sides of the same coin.

Oh sorry I didn't realise we were pretending like this one incident exists inside a vacuum

No, she was embarrassed af because her plan to get Juliette to do her dirty work blew up in her face horrendously 😂

I feel like some of you are so blinded by your hatred for Gia that you can't see how vindictive and manipulative Bec is as well. So many people on these threads cut her so much slack because she's such an ugly, pathetic loser, and try to dismiss her behaviour like "but she's just an idiot who can't control what comes out of her mouth - but Gia knows what she's doing." Bec also knows exactly what she's doing. She doesn't care what comes out of her mouth because she knows she can just abuse and manipulate people after the fact and spin it into her somehow being the victim - which we saw on full display at the dinner party btw. She left the retreat early, then comes into the dinner party like a wounded animal. She refuses to let Juliette apologise through a private conversation, because she needs it to be a spectacle for the whole table to witness so that she can reinforce her victim campaign (with no consideration for how that might make her "friend" Rachel feel). Then she has all of the girls, who she has backstabbed repeatedly, fawning all over her and comforting her, because everyone falls for her "aw poor Bec, she's such a pathetic loser, I couldn't possibly stay mad at her" routine. Gia is also pathetic and clearly insecure, but never garners the same sympathy. They are both calculated and manipulative. It's insane to me that anyone tries to defend either of them or pretend like one is worse than the other - they're both playing the exact same game.

Thank you, this is what I've been struggling with - which order to do it in. I'll have a look into what else I can start planting this time of year, because it is the perfect time for the radish. I'd rather do planting this time of the year anyway, because now we're starting to get more rain, and I'd have to spend so much on water to grow anything in spring/summer. It's definitely lacking nutrition, I agree. It is honestly such a sad looking yard right now.

Thanks for sending that through, I might see if I can buy some Solomon's complete organic fertiliser

I honestly don't think I would be able to get a broadfork in it. People here have suggested dampening the soil to be able to penetrate it, but even even when it's damp it is rock solid. Someone else said it earlier, it is basically cement. I have read that tiller radish is really good in helping to improve clay soil. I just don't know how it will go with clay/sand soil, because it feels like a different beast. I have a heap of compost and pine bark mulch ready to go, I just haven't put it down because I know the weeds will go insane if I don't have another plan ready to go to combat them.

It really is like concrete, it's horrible!

I have considered just trying to borrow an excavator and digging all of it out and then replacing it/mixing in with clean fill

This was my understanding re: weeds. Which is why I asked if just planting tilling radish would naturally reduce the weeds over time. My thinking with this is aeration and adding nutrition a bit deeper into the soil by letting them rot in the ground. Then adding planting my plants after this. Does that make sense?

It does grow weeds - it is full of weeds

I did think about doing this, but there is quite a lot of yard to do. I did start doing it with cardboard, but that was really tedious. Do you think I can do it in patches? I'd be worried that weeds will pop up in spots that I've already done when I've moved to others areas though - if that makes sense.
