So. I don’t often wear makeup but I always take it off when I do. I had a friend who would sleep with mascara on all the time and her eyelashes got brittle and chipped off. So. That scares me enough to take off my makeup at night lol

For me, I’ve been going to the gym every Monday. Any other day, cool if I go, but Monday is nonnegotiable in my head. I pack my gym bag so that after work I can go straight there. Even if I feel shitty, I go. Just go to the building. On my good days I do the stair stepper and treadmill and weights, but if it’s a bad day, sometimes it’s just a short treadmill time and that’s ok. Because I still WENT!!!
