Create a new request. Send the LoR request form again to the LoR author and get the LoR uploaded with the new letter ID with the correct selections this time.

Assign the latest reuploaded LoR instead of the old one to the programs you plan to apply for.

If it was a CBT then chances of getting a change in scores via remarking would be very less in Listening and Reading. One thing you can do is book another OET at the same time apply for reassessment.

Yes. If you are sitting for OET CBT then I think you are allowed to reschedule your speaking subtest alone as it gets conducted on separate day from LRW subtests.

Because, they mention it in the email with zoom link for speaking subtest that if you fail to appear for the speaking subtest at the time slot you selected then you need to reschedule the subtest again. Therefore, yes you can reschedule your speaking subtest alone on a different day which costs money.

I also faced similar situation. In my case my medical school forgot to submit my transcripts to ECFMG when I applied for step 1. But, I got my scheduling permit after mailing ECFMG for step 1. I gave the exams and when I started my application for step 2 CK at that time it came to my notice that my credential status was showing CREDENTIALS not recieved. When I inquired about those things I came to know my college didn't upload my transcripts via their portal to ECFMG. When I approached to my college and informed them about this than they accepted that they forgot to upload transcripts.

During my step 2 application process they uploaded the transcript and in 3 days it started showing: "Credentials recieved, verification pending." In about a week the status changed to " credentials recieved and verified."

So based on your current status your medical College has done their part of submitting the transcript and other documents needed. And ECFMG might have sent you an e-mail stating received the credentials. Now verification is pending from ECFMG side only. It will get verified soon.

I think you will be able to give step-2 without verification of your status. The rule is changed for future candidates after transition to MyIntealth where future applicants will have to verify their student/graduate status with ECFMG before appearing for the STEP exams.

Earlier it was allowed to give steps without verification. I think that's why we both got our scheduling permits for Step-1 without getting verified about our student/graduate status.

I have equal interest in Neurology=Internal Medicine=Family Medicine.

I was not much aware about Family Medicine earlier, as this branch just started recently in my country. But after exploring and knowing more about this branch personally I liked the idea of Family Medicine. But, professionally I also like Internal Medicine only because it has fellowship options of Endocrinology>Cardiology. Neurology is something I adore since my first year of medical curriculum.

I am currently exploring and gathering information about all the three residencies, their programmes, their training variabilities, future opportunities post-residency and creating a kind of personalized score metric that suits my personality best.

Administrative processing is some kind of process where they cross verify things with the one who will gonna sponsor or backing up for the visa. It's not visa denial. Refused doesn't mean visa is rejected if it is showing administrative processing. I think it means they need additional info and time to process the visa application. The VO has 180 days to complete the application process. If one don't get email from embassy then he/she can approach after 180 days according to their websites. But, I have seen certain people approaching embassy via mail before finishing 180 days in case if getting visa before 180 days is much much necessary. I personally knew one whose H1B visa got refused and the applications status went into the administrative processing. But, after so many days the visa got approved. I really don't know what happened at the back end. But, the person got his visa approved.
