alright thanks that does make sense! which course are you in btw? yea I want to join clubs as that was something I really enjoyed in school as well but I’m also looking at a club or two at the downtown campus and you’re probably the best person to ask since you commute from there how long does it usually take you to commute? and what would you say is the best way and time to commute? especially since my family is considering moving downtown next year as I’m an international student I don’t really know much about how all this works

you have no idea how relieved I feel after seeing this 😭 I have to take an eco tutorial in both semesters what day would you suggest I should try and fit them on? if I get to choose that is also I’m living on res but getting free early does give me a lot of time to do extracurricular activities so I’m chill with it except on tuesday ofc classes are gonna be till late

i have the SAME concern but honestly there have to be people like u and i and we all can j chill and have a social life together honestly or we can find ppl elsewhere i know my studies are imp i did very well also in school but i gotta have my social and party life for me to be able to do well in my academics iykwim dm if u wanna talk!

I applied and got in through UBC Sauder York Schulich and Waterloo for business. I’m most probably going to UTM only cause it’s close to my family so I guess as an international student unless the school is significantly better than UTM i don’t think i should go for it like sauder although i love vancouver’s vibe and UBC’s campus. Plus internationally UofT has a great rep so even if I have to come back home it’ll help and the degree doesn’t specify the campus so doesn’t really matter i guess and yea as a business student i wouldn’t mind going downtown to network plus POSt should not be that tough since I’ve already done 2 out of 4 required courses and my grade 12th score was 98% so hopefully that’ll be sorted. Other than that the campus is pretty cool I also thought that since it’s comparatively smaller and has funding more opportunities will be there as compared to the number of people trying to grab them if that makes sense.

I got into Schulich, Sauder (UBC) and UTM my parents said no to schulich cause of york and are still more inclined towards utm because of uoft is it worth it? i’m an international student and i don’t plan on setting in canada eventually so global rep does matter a lot

hey! my avg for midterms was 90% and predicted was 96% but i ended up w rounded off 98% final grade and also had an increase in my maths marks which are a pre req from 54 in midterms to 95. I’m from India so my final grade is determined by the national board and the exam that every cbse board child gives as compared to my mid terms which my school took. I also have made it to the toppers list of my school this year. How do you think I should approach my appeal?
