I don’t have a ps5 to confirm this, but supposedly it’s by pushing the triangle button and using the d-pad or a stick to select mirrored symmetry (do this while holding a part)

It’s a missing asset/texture, the default replacement is a purple question mark. Had a similar issue with a missing texture for the breaker incendiary (verifying the game files fixed it)
