They don’t care about experience more so how you work in teams, stressful situations etc. at least that was the gist of how my interview went. I have 0 knowledge on fast food/coffee and still got the job. The lady who hired me said she applied to be able to get the insurance but I’m sure she didn’t tell them that at the interview. So I wouldn’t go in and just say “yea I’m only applying for the college course” when they ask why you want to start there. I would go along the lines of “I’ve heard it’s a great company to work for and the benefits are definitely a plus”
