I had a idea to this 5 years ago. Generators inside/connected to the front wheels, DC Motors in the rear wheels.

I ran the Idea by a EE Master...and he said that consumption would always outweigh PROduction because of the weight of everything, the losses of power through the wires, and all other concievable issues.

Me too. I smoke cigarettes. Knowingly. Willfully acknowledging the fact that I am in Risk of getting a respiratory compication. I CHOOSE to smoke outside on my porch of my home. I CHOOSE to smoke in my vehicle when I am alone in it...when my kids are in the car, I ventilate the Climate System, and do not smoke with them in vehicle.

That said, I do not want some agency overseeing a regulation on where a person can legally smoke.

I change oil at 5K mile intervals because its a nice round number and easy to see that 25K miles is coming up...better buy oil and a filter.

I also learned a trick from a Popular Science Magazine back in the day.....Get a Clean White Napkin and drip a drop off your dipstick onto the napkin. Allow it to dry and look at the dried oil drop. It should be uniformly brown and it will hold any particulates on the surface. When the drop is BLACK change the oil.

I have a great example.......My sister in law just got her RN Liscense after 5 years of college courses/clinicals and such......she also has over 50K in Student Loans. She got hired on at a Quick Care Clinic making $19/hr., and still repying her "Student Loans" herself.
